We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Washing:

  • Machine Wash: Wash in cold water (30°C/86°F) on a gentle cycle to maintain the fabric’s color and structure. Use a mesh laundry bag to protect the tulle.
  • Hand Wash: For more delicate care, hand wash with cold water and a mild detergent. Gently agitate and avoid wringing.
  • Detergent: Use a mild detergent suitable for synthetic fabrics to preserve the color and texture of both the polyester and tulle.
  • Avoid: Bleach and fabric softeners, which can damage the fibers and affect the dress’s appearance.

Drying:

  • Air Dry: Lay flat or hang to dry in a shaded area to prevent color fading and fabric damage from direct sunlight. Avoid hanging the dress by the tulle, as it may stretch or deform.
  • Tumble Dry: If using a dryer, select a low heat setting and remove promptly to avoid excessive wrinkling. However, air drying is preferred.
  • Avoid: High heat settings, which can cause shrinkage and affect the delicate tulle and polyester fabric.

Ironing:

  • Temperature: Iron on a low heat setting (110°C/230°F) if necessary. Use a pressing cloth to protect the fabric from direct heat and prevent damage to the tulle.
  • Inside Out: Iron the dress inside out to avoid damage to the outer surface and preserve the pleats.
  • Steam: Steaming is recommended for removing wrinkles and preserving the pleats and delicate fabric.

Storing:

  • Hanging: Store on a padded hanger to maintain the shape and prevent stretching, especially around the waist and shoulders. Ensure that the tulle does not get snagged or damaged.
  • Avoid: Storing in direct sunlight or damp conditions to prevent color fading and mildew.
  • Storage Environment: Keep in a cool, dry place to preserve the fabric’s quality and appearance.

General Tips:

  • Avoid Overwashing: Wash only when necessary to extend the life of the fabric and maintain the dress’s shape and color.
  • Spot Cleaning: For minor stains, gently blot with a damp cloth and mild detergent to minimize the need for full washing.

Can I make changes to my order after it’s been placed?

We do everything we can to fulfill orders quickly and unfortunately cannot make updates after an order has been placed. These changes include removing or adding products and/or changing the delivery address. If a mistake has been made with your order information, it’s quickest to create a new order with the correct information and then let our Customer Service.

Do you offer e-gift cards for international customers?

E-gift cards are only available to customers shipping within the U.S.

How Do I Set Up A Subscription Order?

We will deliver products to you as soon as reasonably possible. Orders are usually dispatched between 1-3 days from the date of the order being placed. Please contact us our customer service team if your delivery has not been received within the dates described.

How To Return My Items?

We do not currently offer free returns to overseas customers. You will therefore need to cover all costs of returning any items to us yourself. We advise that you mark your package ‘returned goods’ to avoid further duties. Remember: We strongly recommend that you return any items via a registered trackable service and obtain and retain proof of posting as we do not accept responsibility for items that fail to arrive with us.
