To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

  • Avoid: Bleach and fabric softeners, as they can weaken the fibers and diminish the fabric's sheen.

Drying:

  • Air Dry: Lay flat to dry on a clean towel or drying rack to prevent stretching. Avoid hanging the garment, as this can cause the fabric to lose its shape.
  • Tumble Dry: If necessary, tumble dry on a low heat setting. Remove promptly to avoid excessive wrinkling.
  • Avoid: High heat, which can cause the fabric to shrink or lose its shape over time.

Ironing:

  • Temperature: Iron on a low to medium setting (150°C/302°F). Use a pressing cloth to protect the fabric's surface from direct heat.
  • Inside Out: Iron the sweater set inside out to preserve the fabric's luster and prevent any potential damage to the outer surface.
  • Steam: Steaming is a gentle alternative that helps to remove wrinkles without direct heat contact.

Storing:

  • Fold: Fold the turtleneck sweater set and store it in a drawer or on a shelf to prevent it from stretching.
  • Avoid: Hanging the garment for extended periods, as this can lead to stretching, especially around the shoulders.

These changes include removing or adding products and/or changing the delivery address. How Do I Set Up A Subscription Order?

We will deliver products to you as soon as reasonably possible. Orders are usually dispatched between 1-3 days from the date of the order being placed. Please contact us our customer service team if your delivery has not been received within the dates described.
How To Return My Items?

We do not currently offer free returns to overseas customers. You will therefore need to cover all costs of returning any items to us yourself. We advise that you mark your package ‘returned goods’ to avoid further duties.
