Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

  • Avoid: Bleach, as it can damage the delicate fibers and affect the color.

Drying:

  • Air Dry: Lay flat to dry on a clean, dry surface or hang in a shaded area. Avoid direct sunlight to prevent color fading and fabric weakening.
  • Tumble Dry: Not recommended. If necessary, tumble dry on a low heat setting, and remove promptly to prevent excessive wrinkling.
  • Avoid: High heat settings, which can damage the delicate chiffon fabric and alter its texture.

Ironing:

  • Temperature: Iron on a low heat setting (110°C/230°F) if necessary. Place a thin cloth between the iron and the fabric to prevent direct contact and potential damage.
  • Inside Out: Iron the dress inside out to avoid any potential damage to the print or texture.
  • Steam: Using a steamer is a good option for removing wrinkles from chiffon without direct heat.

Storing:

  • Hanging: Store the dress on a padded hanger to maintain its shape and prevent wrinkling.
  • Avoid: Storing in direct sunlight or damp areas, as this can cause fading and mildew.
  • Storage Environment: Keep in a cool, dry place to preserve the fabric and color.

General Tips:

How Do I Set Up A Subscription Order?

We will deliver products to you as soon as reasonably possible. Orders are usually dispatched between 1-3 days from the date of the order being placed. Please contact us our customer service team if your delivery has not been received within the dates described.
How To Return My Items?

We do not currently offer free returns to overseas customers. You will therefore need to cover all costs of returning any items to us yourself. We advise that you mark your package ‘returned goods’ to avoid further duties.
