Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Washing:

  • Machine Wash: Wash in cold water (30°C/86°F) on a gentle cycle to maintain the fabric’s integrity and shape.
  • Hand Wash: For a more delicate approach, hand wash with cold water and mild detergent. Avoid wringing the fabric.
  • Detergent: Use a mild detergent suitable for knitted fabrics. Avoid harsh detergents that can damage the fibers.
  • Avoid: Bleach and fabric softeners, as they can weaken the fibers and alter the texture of the knit.

Drying:

  • Air Dry: Lay flat to dry on a clean, dry surface or a drying rack. This prevents stretching and maintains the garment’s shape.
  • Tumble Dry: If necessary, tumble dry on a low heat setting. Remove promptly to avoid wrinkles.
  • Avoid: High heat settings in the dryer, which can cause shrinkage and damage the knit structure.

Ironing:

  • Temperature: Iron on a low heat setting (110°C/230°F). Use a pressing cloth to protect the knit from direct heat.
  • Inside Out: Iron the garment inside out to avoid any potential damage to the fabric’s surface.
  • Steam: Steaming is preferable for knitted fabrics to remove wrinkles without direct heat.

Storing:

  • Hanging: Store the top and bottom pieces on padded hangers or fold them to avoid stretching, especially around the shoulders and waist.
  • Avoid: Hanging for extended periods, as this can distort the fabric. If folded, ensure the garment is stored in a cool, dry place.
  • Storage Environment: Keep in a cool, dry area away from direct sunlight to prevent color fading and fabric deterioration.

General Tips:

  • Avoid Overwashing: Knitted fabrics do not need frequent washing. Only wash when necessary to maintain the garment’s quality.
  • Spot Cleaning: For small stains, gently blot the area with a damp cloth and mild detergent.

We do everything we can to fulfill orders quickly and unfortunately cannot make updates after an order has been placed. These changes include removing or adding products and/or changing the delivery address. If a mistake has been made with your order information, it’s quickest to create a new order with the correct information and then let our Customer Service.
Do you offer e-gift cards for international customers?

E-gift cards are only available to customers shipping within the U.S.
How Do I Set Up A Subscription Order?

We will deliver products to you as soon as reasonably possible. Orders are usually dispatched between 1-3 days from the date of the order being placed. Please contact us our customer service team if your delivery has not been received within the dates described.
How To Return My Items?

We do not currently offer free returns to overseas customers. You will therefore need to cover all costs of returning any items to us yourself. We advise that you mark your package ‘returned goods’ to avoid further duties. Remember: We strongly recommend that you return any items via a registered trackable service and obtain and retain proof of posting as we do not accept responsibility for items that fail to arrive with us.
